Return & exchange policy

You have 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact.

You will receive store credit for your return once we receive the items and inspect them. Please allow 2-5 business days to process your return once delivered.
You will receive your store credit via email in the form of a gift card and can be used to make a future purchase. Our gift cards do not expire. We do not offer refunds.

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size pending the exchange size is in stock. However, we do not offer exchanges for custom orders. We would be happy to help you with another custom order in your correct size.
We accept exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date.
If your exchange product is out of stock, please email us at modernfarmcowi@gmail.com.

Shipping is free on your 1st exchange for the same item in a different size for any order, except for custom orders. Custom orders will be shipped at the customers expense.
If returning an exchange for the same item in a different size, please contact us at modernfarmcowi@gmail.com and we will send a shipping label for you to use.

Once we receive your original order, please allow 2-5 business days for us to inspect the order and process your exchange.

Accessories & custom orders and any items marked "sale" are non-returnable.

Please contact your local post office if your package is lost or stolen. We will help coordinate with the carrier if they are unable to find the package. Please message us at modernfarmcowi@gmail.com after you check your local post office.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the carrier to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.

No order slip is required, as long as your returned product has its original tags intact and you use the return shipping label we provide to you via e-mail.

You will be provided the shipping label via e-mail on all approved returns.

If you are using your own shipping carrier to send back a return, please send returns/exchanges to 9399 S. Dublin Road Darlington, WI 53530.
Please make sure you don't include non-Modern Farm Co. items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
